   	Riburr, your message showed up on tpd.  I saw no reason to   
   reply to it because our views are in agreement.  However and   
   ipso factso I did not post articles regarding the matter but   
   the Table of Contents with the URL to the site where the   
   relevant articles can be read in full.   
   	Incidentally the Drug War Chronicle is essentially   
   in agreement with you too.  That is what the few lines   
   at the top of the TOC mean when they say,   
   ¨     Thank you but more pardons   
   	You should subscribe to tpd because it is nearly   
   empty these days AFAIK but maybe my killfile is too efficient.   
   	Everyone who wants to win the drug war by reforming   
   the draconian drug laws should note that the DWC people   
   need money to keep up the good fight otherwise they may   
   have to do work damaging for society to survive.
