   There are a whole host of plants that you must not cultivate (or more   
   precisly cause to grow in the wild e.g through seed dispersal or   
   vegetative reproduction. in your garden, Try the Japanese  knotweed or   
   giant hogweed as examples. For further details of others see section   
   14(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The reason being that   
   these plans are harmful.   
      
   In this country Cannabis is deemed harmful and your thoughts on this   
   matter have no bearing.   
      
   Now answer me this question. You are an addict. An addict to cannabis,   
   an addict to alcohol. and an addict to tobacco and God only knows what   
   else. You refuse to work. so why should supposedly "free" citizens pay   
   for your habits through their taxes. They aren't consulted either.
