   These are usually poorly educated in that they suffer from low   
   state of medical information.   They are the reason we have   
   outbreaks of various illnesses.  Everyone regardless of immigration   
   status should have vaccinations against common illnesses like the   
   measles, etc.  That was the way it was 67+ years ago with smallpox   
   and every other vaccine available was mandatory just to go to school,
