   MESSAGE TO ISIS ==>   
      
   I ORDER YOU TO WITHDRAW ALL YOUR FORCES FROM IRAQ NOW!   
      
   The invasion of Iraq is a criminal activity because Iraq was a sovereign   
   country neither   
   1) at war with another country, nor   
   2) committing human rights violations against its own people,   
      
   But at peace.   
      
   While the grievances against Syria may be more clear, there is no such   
   argument by ISIS against Iraq.  ISIS has no grievances against Iraq, and nor   
   did the Iraqi people need ISIS' "liberation."   
      
   When the United States invaded Iraq it considered some the following:   
   1) Saddam Hussein had started a war with Iran.   
   2) Saddam Hussein had started a war with Kuwait   
   3) Saddam Hussein had committed human rights abuses against his own people,   
   including torture of prisoners and genocide against the Kurds.   
   4) Saddam Hussein had fired Scud missiles into Israel during the first Gulf   
   War.   
   5) Saddam Hussein was paying off the families of Palestinian suicide   
   bombers, $25,000 a piece to promote such acts upon civilian men, women, and   
   children.   
   6) After being beaten in a war, Saddam Hussein was not cooperating with U.N.   
   inspectors, and was suspected of developing weapons of mass destruction.  He   
   had used chemical weapons against Iran in the Iran-Iraq war.   
   7) Given the circumstances, the likelihood that Saddam would provide   
   material support to terrorists in the form of weapons of mass destruction,   
   had he developed them, was high.   
      
   Furthermore, before invasion the U.S. sought international support, and   
   gained multilateral alliances with many other countries.  The U.S. and its   
   allies collectively represented probably over 500 million people.  Nor did   
   the U.S. stay ruling Iraq after deposing Saddam Hussein, but rather set up a   
   representative democratic government, of the people, by the people, and for   
   the people, of Iraq, a government tolerant to all the people, aimed to give   
   bigotry no sanction, and to persecution no assistance.   ISIS, on the other   
   hand, is a group of reportedly only 30,000 people, seeking to impose an   
   Islamic Caliphate on 30 MILLION Iraqis.   
      
   With all this in mind, ISIS I order you to withdraw your forces from Iraq,   
   and submit to reasonable authority in Syria, either for or against Assad.   
   State your reasonable grievances, and state your reasonable demands if you   
   expect anyone to ever recognize you, or validate you as anything other than   
   a gang of criminals.   
      
   In the event ISIS does not withdraw from Iraq immediately, I suggest the   
   following:   
      
   Iran, Russia, Israel and Lebanon unite to save Iraq, and force ISIS to   
   withdraw or be destroyed.  They must meet ISIS on an open battlefield in an   
   attempt to do as little damage to cities and industry as possible.   
      
   The Seven countries of Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Jordan, Israel, Lebanon, and   
   United Arab Emirates will unite to be included in a United States of Iraq.   
   All will possess alike civil rights and equal rights of citizenship.  An   
   Arab Union shall then be formed of Iran, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and The   
   United States of Iraq.  Israel will remain a Jewish state within the country   
   of the United States of Iraq, recognizing the civil and equal rights of all   
   others, free to move, work, and vote there, as with the other 6 States.   
   Though in Israel certain rights shall be afforded the Jewish people, such as   
   Jewish immigration, not to be changed except by a vote of absolutely 100% of   
   all the residents, so that the dream of Israel shall be preserved.  The   
   eastern part of Syria shall be considered for the location of a future   
   Islamic Caliphate that all residents will be free to leave, with penalties   
   for "moral" crimes not exceeding 20 non-extreme lashes, or jail of 2 weeks.   
   Punishment which may be considered crime in progress shall otherwise not be   
   allowed to persist for questionable or controversial crimes.  The 5   
   countries of the Arab Union will retain their individual sovereignties, but   
   allow one another freedom of movement and trade.   
      
   If things go well, one day they may join the E.U.   
      
   This is the best way to bring peace to the region.   
      
   All nearly 100 million people shall further be known as "men or women of the   
   empire" and shall be expected to uphold the HONOR which the title bestows   
   upon them.   
      
   The government shall otherwise include all interests, so you know that it is   
   YOUR country.  If you want to be devout, you may be devout.  If you want to   
   not be devout, you need not be devout.   
      
   Regulation of sale and employment may be allowed, for instance sale of   
   alcohol may be restricted to outside the cities, but the individual   
   liberties of all interests must be respected.  This means an individual   
   right to possession, including possession of alcohol and other drugs and   
   weapons, as well as a right to wear and to not wear clothing.  Also, a right   
   to activity in public must be respected.  Freedom of religion must be   
   respected, and freedom to criticize and insult the government must be   
   respected.  Freedom of speech and assembly must be respected.  All have a   
   right to not serve any government in time of peace or war, but must only   
   fight wars they believe in.  Slave armies are illegal.  Forced servitude is   
   illegal.  You cannot sign your rights away.  Men and women must have equal   
   rights.   
      
   Become a man or woman of the Empire.   
      
   BELIEVE IN MY COUNTRY   
   BELIEVE IN MY UNITED STATES   
   BELIEVE IN MY UNION   
      
   Believe in the truth that God-Allah, Jesus, Mohammed, and Moses, want peace   
   and unity and tolerance of all the people in this land.  A great land,   
   where all people are meant to be included, and no people are meant to be   
   made afraid.   
      
   Believe in the logic and reason which says that freedom is right, and that   
   murder and assault are wrong.  That all have natural rights, Muslim, Jew,   
   and Christian alike, and that all three religions aspire to the sanity and   
   peace which comes with tolerance of the distinctions of others.  But there   
   is no tolerance for intolerance, and there is no tolerance for   
   victimization.  Violence in such forms shall be met with violence   
   everywhere, as is certainly the case, everywhere.  But believe violence   
   should go no further than that.  Believe that tolerance of all other things   
   is the surest path to into God-Allah's kingdom.  For as it is God-Allah's   
   world, it is everyone's world, and as such, reason and logic say any   
   legitimate government is to be for everyone.   
      
   OBEY ME, OR DIE!   
      
   This is not tyranny, THIS IS THE LAW!
