XPost: ca.general, ca.politics, alt.california       XPost: alt.abortion, alt.drugs.abuse       From: GunsRGood@freedomrights.com              I don't believe in the so-called "morality" of those who condemn drugs,       weapons,       willful sexuality, and tent and vehicle living, any more than I believe in the       morality of those who say Jews should die.              Albeit drugs and alcohol ought to be marketed only as the poison and medicine       they       are, and yet freely available to all ages with adequate protections, sold       out-of-sight, out-of-mind, meaning like in a separate room at the back of the       store, or even through a separate exterior doorway. We don't want heroin bars       and       heroin candy bars.              A child's right to sexuality is as important as a child's right to Church.        Child       abuse is deplorable. Sex does not harm minors, so-called minors do make       choices,       and are not mentally incompetent, yet toddlers are mentally incompetent, and       yet       no adult can act as a police officer, and have sex with any minor and say it's       not       rape, any more than any police officer can say: "step out of the car please,"       "suck my dick please," and say it's not rape. Yet police officers have       girlfriends and boyfriends, and may have sex with them on duty. Our children       and       our parents, and our siblings, all should be considered as our fraternal twins;       and no one should use violence against anyone or punish anyone without a court       of       law, and thereby the consent of the people. These are my people you're       assailing,       whether 8 or 18. I don't care if you think you are their parent, they have       rights. And everyone should use two or three types of birth control,       concurrently, and abort unplanned pregnancies in the first trimester/14       weeks/three months, before there is a brain or ghost in the fetus. Unplanned       childbirth is the scourge of nations.              A gun is no more wrong than a fork, and the only sound defense of a country is       a       militia freely armed and organized, if with government assistance.              Guns could be considered like burglary tools or bolt cutters, and never illegal       for those of a sound mind and of a sound moral conscience, but only illegal for       those intent on villainy or murder.              A livable van can be financed on a ten year loan at 1% per month,       $30,000-$50,000       for $300-$500 per month, plus registration, insurance, gasoline, and repairs.        A       king sized bed in the back, a kitchen/refrigerator, and bathroom, and place to       sit, a veritable small studio. A tent is the most miserable of housing       solutions       possible, but actually housing with privacy. A shelter is a row of beds for a       three nights maximum, worse than a tent. I don't like having to see tents,       but if       that is the situation, it is not alright to evict, yet you have to holistically       bring up society with free education, a higher minimum wage of 65% per capita       GDP       of the lowest GDP of any jurisdiction identified,       Federal/State/County/City/PerhapsBurrow for all of NAFTA, Mexico most       importantly       next to the USA, and guaranteed jobs if possible at that wage, and market the       drugs and alcohol as poison and medicine out of sight out of mind, as I guess       50%       of homeless are abusers, the other 50% are not.              Incarceration is capital punishment, those incarcerated shall die young       statistically and actually, and is thus death by incarceration, and evicting       someone from a tent or vehicle is also capital, as stealing housing, stealing a       poor man's horse, or stealing somebody's life savings is capital, and not       merely       grand larceny.              As are the following crimes capital:       1. Murder       2. Mayhem       3. Capital Battery       4. Capital Kidnapping       5. Repeated abuse of someone - a dependent or other - who can't quit       can become capital - though it wasn't necessarily intended to be.              6. Capital Larceny - though it should be insured, or you sue "we the people" -       - also not necessarily intended to be capital.              The next two also can't be:       7. Serial extortion of the same person - makes the extorter the tax authority,       and       can't be. They have to rob a different bank every time.       8. Serial rapists are sickos - address by asking if they want to upset people,       and       by legalizing prostitutes, and how else, or else they're criminally insane, if       they want to hurt others because they've been hurt by others, they need to know       they're only hurting themselves more, and its wrong. What else could rehab do.              The above crimes need to be addressed, everything else needs to be protected?       Though for grand (and petty) larceny I guess we ought to have insurance.              So it's stealing and killing in secret. Hard to bill if someone steals in       secret,       but they barely catch the act today. Robbery's sort of just a form of fraud if       the perpetrator doesn't hurt anybody.              The war on larceny is questionable.              Ebola and Leprosy are the likes of what we deal with, and murderers and capital       criminals make us desperate men. If somebody killed your spouse and child and       cut       off your hand, and wasn't sorry, would you just blow them away or want to?        And if       they were sorry would it make any difference? And if you were driving along a       windy dark road, and hit an icy patch and went off the road and your spouse and       child died, and you lost your hand, and there was nobody to blame, and it was       nobody's fault, how would that compare?              How much of it is the insult and qualification, the communication of the       analytical fallacy of a sicko? How much of it could be what the victim       perceives       without communicating? But apologies, even if coerced, ensure a victimizer's       lie       cannot persist.              While Property and Sex, the mountain between us, can equal motive; otherwise       somebody's sick - criminally insane, if not taking the law into their own       hands.              Insults escalate to vengeance, but while the Bible says "leave vengeance to       God,"       the U.S. says "leave vengeance to me," and how can we have the system at all       anyway. Maybe only because victims sometimes don't defend themselves. Which       was       the original reason for the police who today persecute. But I don't really get       it. So someone who is going to take vengeance upon the police, fears the       police,       but the police don't fear to take vengeance upon people who are not really       murderers yet, but easily could change? So they don't fear you huh? They       disregard you huh? I don't really get it, but it goes on. I know we all have       the       capacity for peace and violence, and that we're all meant to be a danger to       evil.       I don't really get it, but it goes on. I very much do believe, in justice and       human rights, but I don't believe this government's so-called "criminal justice       system," is right by the law.                     [continued in next message]              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
