which is after all only lawfully constituted government services and

I have heard of spontaneous remissions where the body's immune
system woke up and decided to remove the cells running wild.

Well right or wrong you are a Troll. This is apparent

Sunlight can cause cancer for an example and it can be of
two sorts one disfiguring if untreated and the other often deadly
even if treated. So malnutrion and environmental toxins are not the
only possible causes. Radiation can cause cancer and can treat
cancer. Many drugs are toxic but the use at lower than lethal
dosage is common. As an example even digitalis which has long
been in use but which can kill if high dosages are give.
People on Chemotherapy have my sympathy because to affect the
cancer, frequently doses are given which can really stress
the body.
Cancer is something that comes to nearly everyone if they
live long enough. Several forms are likely for women but for men
if they live long enough prostatic cancer is the commonest.
Everyone dies eventually, a fate that comes to all multi-cellular
organisms since they first appeared on earth.
