   	"Total Asshole" is just the crust applied   
   by Noble or Royal upbring. More politly referred to   
   as "As to the manor/palace born".   
   	This is one reason why our hard-drinking   
   slave-owning ancestors rebelled agains the King   
   of the UK and its exclusively noble Parliament
