   were told earlier to put a man on the roof from which the shooter   
   shot.  They ignore local wisdom and #45 lost a bit of ear and another   
   man, his life. Thomas Crooks was not even a good enough shot tor his   
   HS Rifle Team. He proved the Rifle Team assessment with his preformacce
