XPost: talk.politics.misc, misc.survivalism, can.politics       XPost: misc.transport.road       From: pyotrfilipivich@yahoo.com              The Regressive, antiProgress Nihilist Party of No are losing support by       the day as more and more Americans blame them for the great Bush       recession following 8 years of failures and one of the worst decades in       recent history. Even rightists admit that all they have left are their       lies, delusions and vile, bitter hatred and contemp for Americans and       the American way. Regressives are pseudo capitalists who don't know       the meaning of the word capitalist, nontheless accusing anyone who       doesn't agree 100% with their warped ideology as being "socialists",       "communists" and other smears right out of Mein Kamph. They are       racists who can't get beyond the color of the President's skin,       frequently referring to him as "the majic mulatto", "sambo" and       "nigger", slurs learned only from the Ku Klux Klan, all while accusing       the enemies of being racist. Their mental illness and dishonesty has no       bounds. No surprise that only 20% of Americans consider themselves       fascist enough to be Republicans.              The lying right wing criminals ignored Bush's massive debts and his big       bail out of the failed US capitalist market, blaming Obama for the same.                     From Oct 2008 to Oct 2009 Bush has us $1 Trillion in debt from the big       bail out.              Republican style free enterprise was running massive federal deficits,       having a $400 billion socialist drug plan, $400 billion in annual farm       subsidies, bloating the civil service by 35% on the taxpayer's tab,       employing thousands more in taxpayer funded defence contract work,       spending 100's of millions on pork barrel projects like building an       bridge in Alaska to an island where only 75 people live, funding a false       bottom war time economy by going deeper in debt and continually breaking       trade agreements to protect self interests instead of complying and       trading fairly. Then there's the big socialist taxpayer bailouts of       corporations like Bear Stearns, all due to the fact that can't cut it in       the real world without corporate welfare, government subsidies and       bailouts.              First Bush ran his oil companies into the ground, then he almost busted       the Texas Rangers, then he destroyed the Texas economy by turning       massive surpluses into massive deficits, then he did the same to the US       government. Look at the socialist they chose to be their Presidential       candidate! McCain hasn't worked in the public sector for decades and       when he did, he was handed the job on a silver platter from his wife's       family. He's just another Right Wing Republican socialist who knows       only how to collect a check from the governemnt and how to waste our       money.              Fascism, Nazism and Conservatism              European fascism drew on existing anti-modernist conservatism, and on       the conservative reaction to communism and 19th-century socialism.       Conservative thinkers such as historian Oswald Spengler provided much of       the world view (Weltanschauung) of the Nazi movement.              In Britain, the conservative Daily Mail enthusiastically backed Sir       Oswald Mosley's British Union of Fascists, and part of the Conservative       Party supported closer ties with Nazi Germany. When defeat in World War       II ideologically and historically discredited fascism, almost all       Western conservatives tried to distance themselves from it.       Nevertheless, many post-war Western conservatives continued to admire       the Franco regime in Spain, clearly conservative but also fascist in       origin. With the end of the Franco regime and Portugal's Estado Novo in       the 1970s, the relationship between conservatism and classical European       fascism was further weakened.              Militarism is perhaps the most striking similarity between Fascism and       contemporary American conservatism. Of course, there are many liberals       in America who support the military and even call for increased military       spending.              Even so, American liberals are traditionally more skeptical of the       military than American conservatives. It is often said that       Neoconservatives, like Hitler, see the military as a paradigm for       problem solving (even in situations that may render militarism       impractical or unethical).              The relationship of fascism to right-wing ideologies (including some       that are described as neo-fascist) is still an issue for conservatives       and their opponents. Especially in Germany, there is a constant exchange       of ideology and persons, between the influential national-conservative       movement, and self-identified national-socialist groups. In Italy too,       there is no clear line between conservatives, and movements inspired by       the Italian Fascism of the 1920s to 1940s, including the Alleanza       Nazionale which is member of the governing coalition under premier       Silvio Berlusconi. Conservative attitudes to the 20th-century fascist       regimes are still an issue.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
