   They do that in a lot European countries as a habit, or religion....like the

   USA has a draft thing, that you can evade if you decline to be a statistic,   
   casualty, or are really gun shy like a section 8 or something....   
      
   A lot of Europeans like the USA...and dream of going there someday because   
   they think it's a freer country than were they are, lots of Africans got a   
   free ride to the USA and never thought of returning...ever...   
      
   	I think Europe as a mother land, is older than the WEST/America, as   
   the chronology of  Orient-->Occident dictates.   
      
   	It's like when Asians/Europeans go to Canada, they get $20,000.00   
   (used to mean something 40 years ago)...to start off their life, but have to   
   stay off welfare for some 10 years on those grounds.   
      
   	The 1st things Asians do when they get to Canada/USA, is apply for a   
   handgun purchase license (if one is necessary and they are in Canada), at   
   least that's how I noticed it, they do that, because they are very aware of   
   what totalitarian Guvmints have done to them already, because of their lack   
   firearms........   
   	I can't say I blame them as I don't seem to have that $20,000.00   
   (used to mean something 40 years ago) right or any affiliate Canadian   
   Country....USA, UK, France all inclusive....but the handgun permit is proly   
   the most attractive part of their trip to the WEST/Occident, and still is   
   since pearl harbor in 1941.....
