   qualifications and zero experience in just about everything that really   
   matter is pretty damned stupid.   
      
   JC:  Depends on your point of view, most folks would rather have most   
   anyone so long as it was not 4 more years of republican reprobation.   
   And even God a remedy for inexperiance.
