   Is there anybody in England who would mind to upload   
   http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00zn4bh  (it's about the bank tax) to   
   Youtube and post the link here so I can download it again? BBC still gives   
   this evil "Not available in your area" message even with programmes they   
   broadcast on BBC-W and about reports that concerns all Europeans. And all   
   these IP bypasses are horrible.
