That was California 40 years ago. It's done nothing but go down hill
ever since the Democrat leeches and their unions became entrenched.
Businesses and jobs are leaving every day. Restaurants with 20-30 years
of operation are closing. Democrats sure know how to kill economies.

"People are moving to Mississippi primarily for its unmatched
affordability and slower pace of life. While the state has historically
seen population decline, recent years have shown a net gain in
residents, especially from neighboring states like Tennessee and
Louisiana, and from expensive coastal areas like California."

"MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — A recent survey of movers by United Van
Lines puts West Virginia at the top of the rankings when it comes to
   inbound migration between states.

Using its own moving data, United Van Lines’ study organized moving
patterns between states as well as the movers’ reason for leaving one
state in favor of another. West Virginia had the highest percentage of
move-ins, with 65.6% of all West Virginia moves going into the state,
and 34.4% of moves leaving the Mountain State to live somewhere else.

Keep in mind, this does not mean West Virginia had the most people
moving into it than any other state, only that West Virginia had the
highest ratio of people moving in versus moving out.

   The Demographics
Out of the people moving into WV, 75% of movers were 55 years old or
older, with only 12.5% of move-ins being from individuals between the
ages of 18 and 44. Out of the people moving out of West Virginia, 45.5%
of movers were between the ages of 18 and 44, with the remaining
percentage being comprised exclusively of people 65 years or older."
