   Nope, that wasn't it at all.  He inserted himself into a situation and   
   refused to obey lawful commands to stop and get away, then he resisted and   
   ultimately got shot.   
      
   It doesn't matter if you have a gun or not.  Refuse to obey police - get   
   shot.
