   And NYC has yet another problem. Due to the recent snow, garbage collection has   
   been sporadic and those piles of large plastic garbage bags are being run over   
   by the plows and thus spreading rotting garbage all over the place.   
      
   The stench is horrible and the rats are running all over the place collecting   
   their food.   
      
   Mamdani is hell bent on destroying NYC and he is doing a fine job so far.
