   You, hh, are Hugh Huntzinger mentioned in the references section.   
   You aren't listed as an author of this particular version of this paper.   
   Maybe you contributed as an author to a previous version? I don't know.   
      
   My opinion of the paper is it's a gigantic, boondoggle, waste of time   
   which does little but keep government or government contractor pencil   
   pushers employed.   
      
   When the enemy is firing a Kalashnikov with a full bananna clip at you,   
   there is almost a 100% chance you are dead before you even get a chance   
   to duck.   
   Who the FUCK CARES HOW AND WHY?   
   Only the U.S.military could come up with such a useless, taxpayer money   
   wasting study.
