   I don't hate anyone.   
   Choose the best, most qualified person for the job. It's very simple.   
   DEI just puts a stigma on employees.   
   Look at SCOTUS justice Jackson for example.   
   She was hired, according to Joe Biden, because she was a black woman.   
   Whether she is qualified or not is another issue however she will never   
   be able to dismiss the stigma she has due to DEI and stupid Biden.

   Oh, one last factoid.   
   I happen to be a proud African American. This country has given me the   
   opportunity to build my life, family and future and I am quite grateful   
   to have had that opportunity.   
      
   People like you who pretend and assume that minorities are stupid and   
   need DEI in order to become successful make me sick to my stomach.
