   I can tell you for a fact that businesses are leaving NYC in droves.   
   I have a relative who is a commercial property appraiser and the inventory of   
   vacant office space is rising faster than normal for NYC.   
   Crime is crazy.   
   The city is so filthy with piled up garbage it's a health hazard.   
   The stench of rotting garbage, pot, urine,feces etc is awful.   
   Mandami is looking to raise property taxes by ~ 9%,   
      
   The place is beginning to resemble downtown Bangladesh.   
      
   This is what leftist democrats do to a once thriving and beautiful city.   
   They destroy everything they touch.
