   The "FIVE Forms of ID" is purest nonsense:   
      
   "I will bring two small photos (1 ½ inches square)"   
      
   Not a form of ID.   
      
   "I will bring the original and copy of two forms of identification"   
      
   So that's two (2)   
      
   "I have a Social Security card and will bring it"   
      
   So that's another one (1) for a total of three (3)   
      
   "I am at least 18 years old, able to do heavy physical labor and am   
   eligible to work in the US"   
      
   So true TDS would appear in this case to be the inability to distinguish   
   a checkbox from a "form of ID".
