   A major Mexican resort town was under siege on Sunday as drug   
   cartels lashed out after the leader of the brutal Jalisco New   
   Generation Cartel was killed in a military raid, authorities   
   said.   
      
   Tourists in Puerto Vallarta were warned to stay indoors as   
   narco gangs lashed out following the death of drug kingpin   
   Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera Cervantes, the powerful boss   
   of the violent crime outfit.   
      
   Fuck these people.  They are the enemies of the entire planet.   
      
   Hunt them down, kill every one of them, their families, pets,   
   plants, friends, business partners, paid politicians - every
