   Much more likely, a Democratic House and Senate will increase the size   
   of the Supreme Court by eight seats, filling them with ACLU approved   
   Ultra-liberal activists who're willing to make new law whenever needed,   
   and not just interpret old laws.  The same will be done with the Federal   
   Bench!
