   Trump's downfall was due to his being the most wretchedly incompetent president   
   ever, amplified by his having had the very worst character, bar none, of any   
   president in history.  A bad person might conceivably be a good president, and   
   an utterly incompetent president might nonetheless have a sterling character,   
   but Trump had neither competence nor character.  This was brutally obvious long   
   before he usurped the office.
