   He did not do a good job, and that's why he's out.  But if you say he did a   
   good   
   job, and if he's eligible for the office again, then "nor should he" is   
   incoherent.  If you think he did a good job, and if he's eligible, then the   
   only   
   logical position for you to hold is that he *should* hold the office again.   
      
   The logical implication of "nor should he" is that he did *NOT* do a good job,   
   and that's the truth:  he didn't do a good job, he did a shit job.
