Yes. Or, as I like to put it, he's the 45th best President.

The thing is, he'd earned his way into the bottom 5 in the first 3 years,
sharing the bottom of the barrel with such luminaries as Franklin Pierce
and James Bucchannan (I'm sure I misspelled that). But a lot of people
(not me, but some people) are willing to "spot" him the first 3 years -
assume that the things he did in the first 3 years just put him in with
similar Republican nuts like Nixon, Reagan, and GWB.

But then he totally botched the Covid crisis; that alone would have been
enough to earn him the top (or bottom, if you will) spot. But the hits
don't stop there. Then he totally screwed the country with his "I won the
election" crapola, leading to the ultimate crescendo with the January 6th
incident. As I say, the mishandling of the Covid crisis alone earns him
the "worst ever" title, but the addition of these last two totally seals
   the deal.

And yet, some people think he's the best President ever. Which just goes
to show you how hopeless and useless about 48% of the US population is.
