   Here are the facts.  Trump doesn't *care* if what he says is true or false.  He   
   doesn't care about the truth value of what he says at all.  All he cares about   
   is if what he says might help him.  If he thinks it will, he says it.  It may   
   be   
   false, and he knows it's false, so he's lying.  It may be false, and he   
   *doesn't* know it's false, so he isn't technically lying.  It may even be true,   
   but Trump doesn't care.  All he cares about is his belief that saying it will   
   help him.
