   There was debate as to who was worst between Trump, Buchanan, and   
   Andrew Johnson ... but then the election happened ... Trump's behavior   
   between November 3rd and January 20th plumbed such unprecedented   
   depths of awfulness that just those two and a half months would have   
   landed him in the "worst president" conversation.  Add in the first 45   
   months of his term, and it's not even close.
