   There's plenty to criticize in Biden's policies, but the right-wingnuts are   
   always incompetent to undertake substantive criticism, so instead they focus on   
   meaningless personal things like Biden spending time with his dogs, Hillary's   
   cankles, etc.  Right-wingnuts/Republiscums don't "do" substance; they do empty
