   aware of any studies showing it is true.

   What does your question have to do with it?  The mere fact   
   that one race of people is disproportionately represented   
   in the criminal population doesn't mean that race is less   
   ABLE to conform, it's only evidence that more of them   
   CHOOSE the thug life, which is a different subject.
