   She made *exactly* the same claims in lawsuits she formally filed.  For her to   
   claim this defense now, it means she is admitting she file 100% specious suits,   
   and that she didn't expect the judge to believe any part of her claims.  She is   
   admitting the claims in her suit were false and could not possibly be supported   
   by evidence.  There really needs to be a severe and harsh penalty for that.
