The Supreme Court has no       power       to reverse Congress's certification of Joe Biden as the electoral vote winner.       Congress's power in that is plenary.              It figures Hartung would cite a fuckwit from a right-wingnut lie site who       blabbers about the "Constitution" being a document of negative rights. There       are *NO* rights defined in the body of the Constitution; only powers and       mechanisms. There is literally nothing in the Bill of Rights that applies to       the mechanics of putting a president into office.              Hartung out-stupided himself again.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
