   It does so because there is no mechanism for it.  The Supreme Court has no   
   power   
   to reverse Congress's certification of Joe Biden as the electoral vote winner.   
   Congress's power in that is plenary.   
      
   It figures Hartung would cite a fuckwit from a right-wingnut lie site who   
   blabbers about the "Constitution" being a document of negative rights.  There   
   are *NO* rights defined in the body of the Constitution; only powers and   
   mechanisms.  There is literally nothing in the Bill of Rights that applies to   
   the mechanics of putting a president into office.
