By "fundraiser," he       means Trump's suits against Twitter, Facebook and Google, and their CEOs. That       is a spot-on correct characterization of the suits. What is not correct is       that       the suits are "unconstitutional." They are not. Anyone has an absolute       constitutional right to file any lawsuit he wishes, no matter how meritless it       is, as Trump's plainly are. The suits will, of course, get chucked out,       because       Trump's claim that the platforms' expulsion of him is "unconstitutional" is       absurd. But the suits themselves are not unconstitutional. That's just       stupid.              Of course, Spermman also wrote this nugget of idiotic bullshit:               "Oakland, the most successfully integrated city in the USA. Hella proud".        Bradley K. Spermman        https://twitter.com/bradleyksherman              so the bullshit about Trump's suits should come as no surprise.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
