   I voted against recalling Newsom, of course.  It's a stupid idea.  I don't like   
   Newsom one bit, but he hasn't done anything illegal, unethical or even all that   
   bad to merit recalling him.  Larry Elder is a shitbag who is unfit to sit on a   
   sanitation district board, let alone serve as governor.  He's unfit in terms of   
   ideas and temperament, and he's unfit because he has zero pertinent experience.   
      
   For a replacement candidate in the event that the recall had succeeded, I voted   
   for a write-in candidate.  I wrote in my son's name.  First I had to look up   
   the   
   minimum age requirement to be governor of the state.  He's old enough.  He has   
   no more relevant experience than Elder, but his ideas and temperament are far   
   superior to Elder's.
