   The tax cuts under Bush and Trump were the causes of deficit spending.   
   Not that I'm giving Obama a pass, because he famously didn't want to   
   raise taxes in a recession, and we were in deficit before Trump. I   
   believe Biden could've done more to rectify the situation, but I'm   
   just a lone voice.
