The latest version of INIServe can be downloaded from  

 ftp://ftp.pmoylan.org/software/iniser2.4.zip

or from Hobbes. It is not significantly different from version 2.3, but
is now licensed under the GNU GPL licence.  

INIServe is software for remote access to OS/2 INI files. It is a
recommended add-on for the programs Weasel, Major Major, and FtpServer,
but is potentially usable for any program that is running on a different
computer than the manager's computer.
