Iron Spring Software has released version 0.9.6 of its PL/I compiler and
library for Linux and OS/2.  

This version adds the builtin sort subroutine PLISRTD. It also includes the
integer manipulation builtin functions IAND, IEOR, INOT, IOR, ISLL, and ISRL
compatible with IBM Enterprise PL/I. It adds the capability to process IBM
"packed decimal" format FIXED DECIMAL data.
