The third beta of Thunderbird 24.8.1 is now available. Based on the Bitwise
Gecko work available in FF24.8.1ESR beta 4, it has basically the same
requirements.

Note that an updated Lightning is needed with this update, https

Also a reminder that my builds are not associated with Bitwise other then
using much of the same code so issues should only be raised with them if
reproducible with their build.
