The WebServe web server is now up to version 1.3. You can get it from
 http://www.pmoylan.org/pages/os2/webserve.html
or from
 ftp://pmoylan.org/WebServe/webserve1.3.zip
or from Hobbes.  

The main feature in the new version is that SSI (server-side include) is
now supported for *.shtml files; specifically, the #include and #exec
directives.  

More importantly, a manual is now included, to make it easier to configure.
