Database Administrator

ü Maintain the health of production databases ü Develop, maintain and assure
compliance with capacity plans ü Develop, maintain and assure compliance with
data security plans ü Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans ü
Work with software engineering team to assure successful projects from
specification through implementation ü Create and maintain test database
environment ü Develop and maintain an analytics environment

ü Provide 24 X 7 production databasesupport to help resolve production and
application related issues ü Cross-train the Customer Success Office team to
provide Level 1 and Level 2 database support ü Perform updates/changes during
maintenance windows

ü Experience supporting/administering MS SQL in an enterprise environment ü
Experience with backup processes & procedures ü Understanding of Change
Management processes ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills are
required. ü Professional conduct must be consistent with and support company’s
mission and core values.

ü Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field ü Microsoft
Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) or equivalent. Substantial database
administration experience may be substituted.
