I'm sure for 'future proofing' reasons that they have decided to go
with a WebKit-based browser.

Their folly now is that ArcaOS is still 32-bit with a 4 gigabyte RAM
limitation. At the very least they allow you to address the unusable
space as a RAM drive. ;-D
