What means aimed to organize work are available in eComStation?  

* Chat for group of workers, located in different offices / cities - ?  

* Generate tasks for workers - ?  

* Queue of customers and N employees - ? How to give access to the queue (so
employees can monitor the queue, change status of the orders)?  

* Keep record of hardware / commodities (internal, without web-interface)  

* Small phone call center: detect number, show information about the customer
from DB.
