I never had that problem with a wrong date in the header.
Neither had my TERMAIL the Y2K bug.
My TerMail runs fine with BinkD. No problem at al.
The only problems I countered were Terminate with faster PC's. (Runtime
error) Some parts of Terminate could be repaired with an special utility.
(don't remember anymore
how I did;-) TerMail had no "runtime error"

My TerMail runs under WidowsXP.
Of course it will NEVER run on my 64 bits Widows7 machine ;-)
