  Have you tried launching Terminate from Dosbox?  My sysop point runs all
dos software in dosbox, and binkd on the windows 10 / Linux side of the coin
for getting / sending the packets.

  Terminate runs fine in dosbox.  Just configure a dummy modem in the config
file so it doesn't complain and away you go.  (I was able to load teh fido
settings screen, mail reader etc.)
