Today I heard Wil Wheaton is 47 years old, the same age as Patrick Stewart when
he started on The Next Generation.

And this is another appearance of the number 47 for Star Trek: TNG.  The number
47 has actually come up quite a bit in TNG.  If you watch the episodes and some
of the TNG movies, as well as some DS9 episodes, the number 47 comes up fairly
often.
