My point exactly. Just because it isn't on a network station doesn't mean it
won't preform well or be consider akin to novels or fan fiction.

The season 2 premiere of Discovery was watched by over 24 million people.
Compare that to just north of 12 million people who tuned in for the first
episode of Enterprise.
