fair point. WOK is somewhat a bit of an underdog story in that regard. Good
thing Kirks quick thinking and action against an adversary that took him off
guard compensates for his silly mistake.

I don't know. With Spock scanning, he's bound to pick up that they are lying.
They tried to say the the coils were overloading.

Either way, it was a great story but I felt that everything that made Khan a
great character in TOS space seed wasn't explored enough in WOC. I did
however, enjoy the moby dick parable to it.
