Hello,
     I also like TNG as well. TNG is very important as this is the series that
opened Trek up to what it is now. If I am looking to just relax and watch a
single episode, TNG is often the best choice. Episodes often have a single
story that doesnt arc into different episodes. I like story arcs but episodes
with no arc is also good. The new Star Trek show with Captain Pike that is in
development is supposed to go back to this format.
