Can Squish be invoked to move valid messages from BAD_MSGS (those that
originally failed to be moved to a proper message area maybe due to
misconfiguration) to their proper area ?

eg. like rerunning a Microsoft Outlook filter rule on your Inbox ?

Or does this process have to be done manually with Maximus' Msg_Hurl and/or
TimED et al ?
