No distribution but instead a bastardized "Linux From Scratch" (
ttp://www.linuxfromscratch.org/).  I've been doing this for about 25 years
now.  The last official distribution I ran was ttylinux, which was the very 
first x86_64 ttylinux if the truth be told.
