SOLVED:

This works in Windows/DOS:

H:\temp>gpg > NUL -d ppp.txt 2> NUL2 & busybox grep \" NUL2
      "seanrima-gpgmail "
      "Philipe "
      "Phil Lejman "
      "Paul Kapaldo"


And, this works in sh:

H:/temp $ gpg > NUL -d ppp.txt 2> NUL2 ; grep \" NUL2
      "seanrima-gpgmail "
      "Philipe "
      "Phil Lejman "
      "Paul Kapaldo"
