More or less.  I like the idea of the old school pkt header working again. 
It's been ages since I've seen that happen.

That is weird and I have no explaination.  I have seen it before in quotes
from certain editors such as nano but then it is consistent (all paragraphs)
and has to do with soft wraps which become hard wraps when saved.
